弊社は、1966年に設立された翻訳会社を母体とし、その後、現在の業務形態である外国出願の支援サービスを行うようになり、はや約30年になります。この外国出願の分野においても、他の産業分野と同様に、企業間の競争や法律の改正というように、その環境は絶えず変化しております。最近では、自社製品を確実に守ることは勿論のこと、競争相手をしっかり見定め、ロイヤリティを得ることができるように、強い特許権の取得を目指す傾向も益々顕著になってきました。外国特許を取得するには、発明者の知的創造の成果を長期間にわたって育て上げ、特許権に結実させるという地道な職人の業が必要となります。
このため、弊社では、絶えず変わる外国特許の法律やプラクティスは勿論のこと、進歩する技術をフォローしながら、専門の技術スタッフ及び管理スタッフが外国特許の取得をきめ細かくサポートします。
また、外国の特許弁護士と密接に協力し、企業様と特許弁護士との間で業務を遂行します。とくに、近年は中国、韓国などのアジア諸国での権利化の要望に応えるべく、それらの国の特許弁護士と交流を深め、また提携を結んでおります。このため、型通りの出願以上の付加価値を持った支援サービスを提供することができます。
